You are solely responsible for all content broadcast through JRMStream. This includes ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to broadcast said content, including applicable music licenses (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or equivalent organizations in your country). JRMStream is not responsible for content broadcast by its users.

7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. JRMStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible. Account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Warranties and Limitations
JRMStream is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRMStream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will notify users with reasonable advance notice of significant changes. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
