Downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Full access to current plan features until the paid period ends.
Annual Plan - 70/30 Hybrid System
- First 90 days: 100% of remaining amount converts to credit
- After 90 days: 70% of remaining amount converts to credit
- Credit is automatically applied to future invoices
- Plan change executes immediately

Billed every 12 months with 20-30% discount. Greater long-term savings.
4. Proration Calculation
Credit = (Remaining days / Total period days) x Current plan price
Additional charge = (Remaining days / Total days) x (New price - Current price)

Example 1: Monthly Upgrade (Starter to Professional)
Day 15 of 30 in cycle. Starter $29/mo to Professional $59/mo. Immediate charge: (15/30) x ($59-$29) = $15.00. Instant access to Professional features.
Example 2: Monthly Upgrade (Professional to Enterprise)
Day 10 of 30 in cycle. Professional $59/mo to Enterprise $99/mo. Immediate charge: (20/30) x ($99-$59) = $26.67. Instant access to Enterprise features.
Example 3: Annual Downgrade (First 90 days)
Day 60 of 365. Enterprise ($990/yr) to Professional ($590/yr). Credit: (305/365) x $990 = $827.12 (100% within first 90 days). Credit applied to future Professional invoices.
Example 4: Annual Downgrade (After 90 days)
Day 180 of 365. Enterprise ($990/yr) to Professional ($590/yr). Credit: (185/365) x $990 x 0.70 = $351.29 (70% after 90 days). Credit applied to future Professional invoices.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your control panel. Upgrades are immediate and monthly downgrades apply to the next cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data remains intact. However, if you exceed the new plan's limits, restrictions will apply.
Can I return to my previous plan?
Yes, you can upgrade back at any time. Proration will be applied accordingly.
How is annual downgrade credit applied?
Credit is automatically calculated and applied as a discount on future invoices until exhausted.
Are there penalties for changing plans?
No penalties. Our proration system ensures you only pay for what you use.
What about active coupons or discounts?
Coupons are maintained on the current plan. When changing, discounts are recalculated per coupon terms.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Monthly to annual applies the annual discount immediately. Annual to monthly generates credit per the 70/30 policy.
